Founded in 2008, Akixi is a UK-based developer of a SaaS call and contact analytics solution. The software is primarily used by SMEs with no dedicated call centre staff but who wish to improve customer experience and enhance operational performance across their sites. Akixi’s SaaS product is well placed to benefit from the increasing trend of hybrid working and increasing demand for SMEs to provide excellent customer service. Funds advised by Yana invested in this transaction together with Axiom Equity, with the goal of increasing the product’s service offering and growing the customer base globally.
This transaction marked the first deal of Yana European Small Cap Fund SCSp, investing together with Axiom Equity, an emerging private equity sponsor based in London which focuses on minority and majority investments in UK-based B2B technology companies.
