Yana – European Small-Cap Fund SCSp will invest in 8-10 European privately held small-cap companies in transformational buyout, buy-and-build, replacement capital and growth situations. Investments will be made alongside experienced teams of veteran private equity deal doers, operators, and entrepreneurs, allowing the fund to access “off-market” small-cap transactions across Europe with the highest selectivity. The fund will invest over a two-year period, leading to a fast build-up of exposure as well as a shorter fund life, therefore reducing the total fee load. The fund also intends to offer substantial co-investment opportunities to its limited partners.

Yana Investment Partners’ mission is to generate superior risk-adjusted returns for its investors by focusing on the European private equity small-cap space. Partnering with highly experienced, strategically and financially aligned deal partners results in strong “on the ground” value creation for each investment, combined with superior risk-diversification across countries, sectors and deal partners.
