Sumer is a buy-and-build strategy aiming to consolidate the UK SME accountancy sector. The strategy was started in early 2023, and the company now comprises eight accountancies across the UK, delivering end-to-end business services to its client base.
In this transaction, Yana partnered with Penta Capital. Penta Capital is a UK-based deal-by-deal sponsor, focusing on buy-and-build strategies and buyouts in companies active in business services, consumer products and services, leisure and telecom sectors.
