BeVet is a Belgian vet clinic chain consisting of 18 clinics in the French-speaking Wallonia region of Belgium. The company was founded in 2020 and has since grown rapidly, both through acquisitions of existing practices and through new practice openings. BeVet offers services ranging from general medicine, surgery, hospitalisation, medical imaging, laboratory analyses to internal medicine and nutrition advisory for companion animals.
In this transaction, Yana partnered again with Transition Capital Partners (TCP). TCP is a pan-European emerging sponsor, focusing on Consumer Goods and Services, Industrials and Business Services companies in Western Europe. The strategy is to further grow BeVet through M&A, selective new openings as well as the establishment of an advanced care animal hospital.
Bevet is the 16th investment that Yana Investment Partners has advised on and it constitutes the sixth transaction for Yana European Small-Cap Fund SCSp, which aims to invest in a total of 8 – 10 leading European small-cap companies.
