European Trailer Holdings (“ETH”) is a Polish headquartered trailer manufacturer with a pan-European client base. The company produces and sells trailers under three brands, namely Temared, Martz and Unitrailer, which are sold in over 41 countries. The company has grown entirely organically since its foundation in 2011 and counts today as one of the largest trailer producers in Europe.
In this transaction, Yana partnered with Vaalon Capital, a UK-based deal-by-deal sponsor investing in European companies looking to embark on their next phase of growth.
ETH is Yana’s fifth transaction from the Yana European Small-Cap Fund SCSp, which aims to invest in a total of 8 – 10 investments in leading European small-cap companies over the next two years.
