Dental Feel is an Italian Dental Service Organisation with eight clinics located in the northern Italian regions of Piemonte and Friuli Venezia Giulia. Founded in 2017 by Dr Alberto Fabbri, Dental Feel has grown organically since its inception and offers a wide range of services including dentistry, implants, orthodontics and aesthetics. The group prides itself on its high-quality dental services enabled through state-of-the-art technology whilst providing its services with a patient-first mindset.
Yana partnered in this transaction with Transition Capital Partners (TCP) as the deal partner and a Luxembourg-based family office. TCP is a pan-European emerging sponsor focussing on Consumer Goods and Services, Industrials and Business Services companies in Western Europe. The strategy is to further grow Dental Feel through new clinic openings and selective M&A while maintaining the company’s focus on solid margins and the quality of treatments.
Dental Feel constitutes the third transaction of Yana European Small-Cap Fund SCSp, which plans to make a total of 8-10 investments in leading European small-cap companies over the next 2 years.
