In June 2021, funds advised by Yana Investment Partners invested in Real Good Dental (“RGD”). Founded in 2012, RGD is the second largest Scottish dental chain, servicing over 350,000 patients across 46 practices. The UK dental sector is still fragmented, thus providing opportunities for further consolidation and professionalization. RGD will be joined by Peter Keegans in the role of Executive Chairman. Peter is a seasoned executive with particular experience in the dental space, having supported both Oasis Dental and also Colosseum in the recent past.
Our deal partner and management will continue to expand the group’s footprint and service offering in addition to strengthening the group’s overall capabilities.
